The Methodist church has a tradition of the Covenant Renewal service around the beginning of the New Year. It is a spiritual rededication of commitment to live in God's covenant of grace. The Church of England has resources for something similar in Common Worship. Different places will require different styles of language. Below is my reworking of the Anglican Common Worship texts, based on the Methodist Covenant prayer, in a responsorial style with some additional material.
Eternal God, in your faithful and enduring love
you call us to share in your gracious covenant in Jesus Christ.
In obedience we hear and accept your commands;
in love we seek to do your perfect will;
with joy we offer ourselves anew to you.
We are no longer our own but yours.
In all things
All let your will be done.
In all that I am
All let your will be done.
In all that I do
All let your will be done.
In all that I say
All let your will be done.
Whether I am full or whether I am empty
All let your will be done.
When there is work and when there is none
All let your will be done.
When I am troubled and when I am at peace
All let your will be done.
In all my relationships, friendships and dealings
All let your will be done.
May this year and all my days
be dedicated in your service
and to your glory.
All Amen.
